Liz Simmons would be dead if she was a cat. Thankfully she's not, thus her curiosity has yet to lead to her untimely demise. Plus, she's more of a dog person. From pontificating about the meaning of life to trying to understand the reason why hot dogs are sold in packs of ten while their buns are sold in packs of eight, her mind is in a constant state of wonder. She's owner of Strength & Grace Life Coaching, a CTA certified life coach, a certified Positive Intelligence (PQ) coach, a NASM certified trainer and a Yoga Alliance 200hr certified Yoga teacher with a BS in Marine Biology. One constant throughout her life has been her love of heavy metal music and soulful crooners. A Massachusetts native with part of her heart belonging to the White Mountains. Where she's willingly lost several toenails exploring and hiking their trails. Known for her witty banter and lack of a filter, she lives on a small farm with her husband, their dog (Padawan) and their chickens (Da Ladies). When not writing or coaching she can be found running the trails, reading, working out or out in the yard and garden…and always thinking (thanks ADHD).
