In addition to that award, her work has been recognized by several popular digital platforms such as Sistah Girls Book Club and Indie Love. She recently stepped into the Urban Romance genre writing under the pen name, Miss J. When she is not writing her romance stories, she is sitting in front of the TV watching medical shows. She currently lives in Savannah, Georgia.
