Julie is a classically trained actress with a degree in Theater and Dance from Bard College, where she received the Ana Itelman Award for Excellence in Performance. She has performed professionally around the country, including Shakespeare and Company where she was a company member. In addition to her performance work there, she loved working with young adults and specialized in movement for actors. She remains active in the local theater community in the Berkshires where she resides.

Julie is also a dancer, with years of ballet and modern dance training, and most recently, Flamenco. She is passionate about dance as a form of self-expression.

Her passion for expression, whether she is acting or dancing, is evident in her ability to connect with her audience. She is known for her ability to bring characters to life, with empathy and sensitivity.

Julie is drawn to stories with depth and drama, and is especially drawn to Romance, which she narrates under her pseudonym, Willa Jaymes.
