Pearl is an award-winning British narrator from north east England (a Geordie) but lived in Texas since 2001. She won multiple IAAIS awards as a volunteer narrator for Houston Sight-Into-Sound Radio then trained extensively with the best audiobook coaches in the industry. She’s now a very accomplished narrator/producer with 250+ fiction and nonfiction titles across many genres. She’s recorded for indie authors but mostly publishers, Tantor, Brilliance, Blackstone, Hachette, Macmillan, Podium and in the process earned an Earphones Award, Independent Audiobook Awards and Voice Arts Award nominations. Her special skills include character voices and accents including Geordie, Manchester, Yorkshire, Lancashire, RP, Cockney, Irish, Scottish, Welsh, French, German, Russian, Italian and Standard American. She’s perfectly suited to fiction and nonfiction: cozy mysteries, contemporary/historical romance, science fiction, YA, educational, history, biographies and personal development. Pearl is kind, creative, bubbly and friendly. She’s musical, always crocheting, enjoys RV glamping and hiking but especially loves get-togethers with her grown up kids
