
Renika Williams' bright, bold aura compels audiences, whether on stage or screen. She has a natural and quick witted humor that runs in her blood and is complimented by the vulnerability and grounded truth she brings to every performance. Most known for her work as the vibrant and comical, Willow, in Mindy Kaling's THE SEX LIVES OF COLLEGE GIRLS on MAX, her work can also be seen in the new Bleecker Street film the Fabulous Four, alongside Bette Midler, Susan Sarandon, Sheryl Lee Ralph, & Megan Mullally. (other streaming episodes on New Amsterdam, P Valley, and Modern Love.) Renika has a theater career that she is most proud of; she is grateful to have found her voice on the stage. So far in her career she has had the honor of working with giants like Mindy Kaling, Dominique Morisseau, Katori Hall, and Branden Jacobs Jenkins, just to name a few. Renika Williams trained at Wright State University and earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting. She is a teaching artist and provides annual scholarships to high school students who aspire to become performing artists in her hometown, Dayton, OH.
