After winning a small war in Running River, James and his family help those displaced with finding solace, food, and shelter. But not all goes as planned when they uncover a hidden facility deep under the city that leaves more questions than answers.
Leaving Running River behind with many questions burning in his mind and more power than ever, he must make his way back into the Wastelands.
