Hello, I am Esther Wane; a multiple Earphone award winning British audiobook narrator on over 330 titles. Over the past 7 years I have been lucky enough to work with many of the big producers and publishers in the UK and US on titles as wide ranging as Alison Weir’s “Queens in the Age of Chivalry “to Sarah Vaughan’s “Anatomy of a Scandal”. I am based in a quiet town just the right distance from London, where I live with my husband, two children and “loopy”doodle dog. Just over 10 years ago, inspired by wanting my children to live their dreams, I left my City finance career to go to ArtsEd Drama School for an MA in Acting. I have been described as silky-voiced by The Times in Audiobook of the Week but my greatest compliment is when a writer says I have captured the voice in their head or brought life to characters in a way they hadn’t expected.
